1. What Hombrio is

Hombrio is an app for adult men taking a GLP-1 medicine, as an injection or a pill, prescribed by their doctor. It organizes what you log (the treatment you enter, your injection week, protein, workouts, measurements and questions for your visit), shows educational content with sources and builds a report for you to take to your doctor.

Hombrio is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not change or suggest doses. The information is educational. Check with your doctor before making any decision about your health.

Hombrio does not replace your doctor, your dietitian or any other health professional.

2. Open to everyone

Anyone 18 or older can create an account. Hombrio keeps evolving: the app may change, be offline for a few hours and have texts adjusted after professional review.

3. Who can use it

Adults 18 and older only. The app works without an account. An account is optional and personal, one per person: keep your password secret. You are responsible for what you log.

4. Content

• Health texts are written by the team with the help of artificial intelligence, based on the drug labels, guidelines and studies cited in each text, and go through professional review. Until the review is done, the text says it is pending.
• Workouts and recipes are general, not a plan made for you. Talk to your doctor before starting a new workout.
• The protein reference is general, from the cited guidelines. You set your own goal, with your doctor or dietitian.
• Medicine brands mentioned belong to their owners. Hombrio has no relationship with the manufacturers.

5. Free and Hombrio+

• Free, always: check-in and Today, the full Need help section, your injection week (logging, site and reminder), the day's protein, the level 1 workouts (home, gym and low energy) with your personal records, Progress, Week and the summary of Your pattern for the last 2 weeks, your first report and the first lesson of each phase. Safety, check-in and logging your injection are never behind a paywall.
• Hombrio+: unlocks the rest (all workouts, full history, a report whenever you want and in two languages, the whole library), at the price shown on screen before you pay.
• Free trial: 7 days of Hombrio+, no card needed, once per account. At the end, nothing is charged: Hombrio+ only continues if you buy a pass.
• Passes, no automatic charges: in Brazil, Hombrio+ is sold as 30-day or 365-day passes, each paid once, by Pix or by card in a single payment (no installments and no boleto). No card is stored and nothing is charged automatically: when the pass ends, Hombrio+ ends, and you buy another one if you want. We let you know before the pass ends.
• When the pass starts: when the payment is approved. If you already have Hombrio+ (trial, courtesy or another pass), the new pass starts when the current one ends.
• Price: the price and what the pass includes are shown on screen before you pay. A founder price or a coupon is valid only within the period and conditions shown in the offer.
• Payment: through Mercado Pago, on its page. Hombrio+ is sold and the payment received by the provider of Hombrio (section 10).
• Right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from each purchase within 7 days after the payment is approved and get back what you paid, through the same payment method (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, Art. 49). Ask in Profile, Hombrio+, in your purchases, or in Profile, Contact us. The days of that purchase are removed from your Hombrio+. After that period, the pass runs until its end with no refund, unless the law requires one.

At this stage, purchases may not be available; the team may give you Hombrio+ as a courtesy.

6. Fair use

You may not try to access other people's data, overload or attack the service, copy the content in bulk, resell access or use the app for illegal purposes.

7. Responsibility

Hombrio is informational. Decisions about your treatment are yours, with your doctor. We take care to keep the app working and your data protected, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Without an account, your logs stay only on your device: if you change or lose the device without having created an account or downloaded your data, they are lost. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection law gives you.

8. Closing an account

You can delete your account whenever you want, in the app (Profile, Privacy) or on the Delete account page. We may close, with notice, the account of anyone who breaks these terms.

9. Changes

When these terms change in a relevant way, the app shows the new version and asks for your acceptance before it applies.

10. Contact and governing law

Hombrio is provided by Hombrio. Contact the team in the app (Profile, Contact us) or at privacidade@hombrio.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
